RAF 5 Man Teams

Hello everyone,

first I want to say that I did not know where to post this so mods feel free to move this.

How can I refer my own 5 bot accounts with each other? I know the blizzard FAQ/tutorial but it didn´t help because I simply do not have the button to send the email.
I upgraded a starter edition account to a battlechest and I think it didn´t quite activate yet. Is there any way to refer friends via browser or do I have to wait until the account is "confirmed"?
Any help is appreciated. If you need more information to help me feel free to ask.

BC's from store purchases take a few days to have the ability to invite RAF's. In-game is the only way now.

So if I get the game from somewhere else it works faster?

If you hand enter the key for the BC it's almost immediate from what I remember. 24 at the most. If you purchase it from the online blizz store it can take up to 72 hrs then you may have to contact them to get it to work with full function if it takes longer. I had to do that a few times.

Ok nice I can send the invites now. Do I have to buy the game via blizz store on the other accounts to get the benefits or is entering a key enough?
