Radius Not Working Properly

With a radius set of 2k meters = 1.2 miles the bot wanders way past the radius. See image below.

The set location is the park I think (Fort Mansion) straight about where you see my Pokeball, so if am at the park with a 1.2 miles radius and if you look at the image where my current pokeball is well its way past the set radius. Radius needs to be taking a look at. I will try a smaller setting. Would be nice to get some visual setting for the radius.

Logs attached see above post. Fresh logs from this morning. Different setting from last time, but still in the same boat with it wandering past the set radius os 2k. My new start location was Pier 39 and it deiced it wanted to take a stroll! No bigger tho, just hope it a quick fix. New image also attached.

Your welcome, just to keep this in one thread, I do notice that I get the 12 restriction only when the level ups are not click or x outed (I usually get up to 2 levels before the 12hr ban happens), but as soon as I log in via app and click those levels up and wait just a couple of minutes to an hour or so the ban is lifted a lot faster and I can re-catch pokemon.
