easy... you go to you Badnodes.xml file (there should be at least one in there) ... copy and paste to make another, edit the name, #'s, and add a comment (you get name and #'s from debug file)
once you open the badnodes.xml file (open it with notepad --> right click, open with, notepad), then safe it and close it once you're done
