Quick question

I've had a sudden urge to play through the wonderful series called Mass Effect again. I was wondering, provided my pc can handle the load of both. Can I run WoW with HB whilst playing Mass Effect? (WoW, obviously windowed, but Mass Effect full screen) Does it increase chances of getting caught? Or does it not work at all?

If your pc can handle both, go for it. I would sometimes run wow in as small a window as possible just to be less work for the graphics card. The bot does fine with it. Dunno if you can run the other game full screen though. Probably, since the only restriction is that WoW can't be minimized.

Full screen on the other game worked out fine. WoW and HB were unaffected

Full screen is bad advice, and will break Honorbuddy.

If you plan to use Honorbuddy (foreground or background), all the games must be in Windowed mode; otherwise, bad things happen.
