Well i got hacked about 3 weeks ago(keylogger) and thought i rid myself of the problem using my current anti-viral. got all my gear back and about 10k from random stuff he left on the account. but 3 days ago i logged on to find out there was an authenticator on my account and it was hijacked again. i know its my fault and everything no need to rub it in. but i called blizz and they said they removed the authenticator and whilst on the phone i got an email saying my account was closed, i asked him about it and he said give it about 12 hours and it should be removed and just to open an in-game ticket and i would get my gear and gold back. 3 days later still banned... any idea as to why? any help or advice would be appreciated. oh and i have my own authenticator on it now too so it wont happen again!
