Quick question about zones.

I'm using the Kick 1-58 profile right now and i'm wondering if there is a reason why i'm staying in zones far beyond out leveling the quests and mobs. For example, currently level 31 and i'm questing in Strangle Thorn Vale. Mobs are 6 levels below me and quests are all green.
