Queued for AVfor 35 mins, average wait time 8. Bug?

Title says it all, ive been queued with bot for 35 minutes, still says average wait time is 8 mins. is this a bug?do i leave queue and rejoin? or wait?

Can happen all the time, I've seen this happen quite a bit so I'm not sure why you think its related to Hb.
