It's simple It's because Auto equip havn't an items weight for monks.

Sorry, i must have been looking at someone else's log when i replied.
You are getting tons of the

Could not read bytes

error.

Try uninstalling .NET 4 and C++ 2010 and restart your computer.
Then use the HB Wizard (link in my signature) to reinstall everything.

Also, you could try a clean install.

Though, sometimes using another routine can fix that problem.
