Questions on card hovering and random deck

Could I check if card hovering and random deck is available at the moment? It seems like I can not get it work. Thanks.

how about random deck? Seems like it keep picking the same deck....

Hi, have you noticed that the 9th deck is not played with Random deck option enabled. I have two accounts with the same nine decks (one deck for each hero in different order) and each one's last deck has no wins overall for about a month. I don't think it's a coincidence.
