So I have two quick questions and would be grateful if a few people would be kind enough to answer and share their opinions. First off, I'm botting on an alt account and I was wondering what the best way to transfer items from my bot account to my main account would be, weather it be via mail, direct trading etc. Second, If I'm planning on holding on to a lot of botted stuff(ore, etc.) and selling them, should I keep/sell them on my main account or my bot account?

There are 2 things i do usually my goods fall into one of those... I usually have a bank guild (throw an alt from my priMary account in there as well as 1 alt from each bot account. i mail all my earnings to the bots bank alt and deposit to the guild vault, then pull from the vault from my main account's bank alt and distribute accordingly.

or if the bot account is on the same battle.net i will just mail it over to the main for distribution.

Reasoning behind method 1 is groups of relatives that i know who play may share a material bank to help with professions.

Reasoning behind 2 is i bot how i play and if im dual boxing accounts im not gonna put the stuff in the vault only to take it back out immediately after

Just my 2?

A few people have suggested the guild vault thing but someone said that if blizzard caught you botting and found out that there was only two characters in the guild that were both messing with the botted items, then both accounts would get banned. I'm not sure if its true or not, but it seems like a really low chance of that happening anyway. So Ill probably try this. Thanks

Been botting for a few years now. Always used guildbank transfer. Though, lately I've just been mailing ore/herbs to my sellers on the bot account, and just selling everything raw. Getting so much mats I simply dont bother processing them. That said, I do bot on my main account too. CBA leveling another 85 on a 3rd account.

I also use guildbank to transfer gold. Also use guildbank when selling gold.

How safe it is I can't say. Been banned about 3 times over the years, never on more than 1 account on a battle.net account containing 3 accounts. If that makes sense(simplified;they dont ban the entire bnet account). Always been banned for Abuse of economy, always claimed to either be clueless or that I've been hacked. Everytime they say "Yes, good sir, it does indeed appear you was hacked"(Never have been lol, i dont get where they get this stuff from)
