Im new to demon buddy, and was curious if the chances of getting banned for botting is higher if youre on a season char.?

Does anyone have any insight!?!?!

The people that get busted for botting are usually the ones that run it 24/7. What I do personally is bot while watching TV and keep my PC in eye view so if someone IM's me I can respond or I chat in clan/whisper while the bot is running. Blizzard can't ban you if you can prove you are at the PC because bots can't have real conversations. Also I spend blood shards and such as I approach cap, I haven't seen a profile yet that spends these for you and if your playing at cap never spending shards its another flag that you are botting. Just my 2 cents.

Blizzard don't message Diablo botters, they don't need to lol.

No. I know several players that run their bots for 20+ hours a day for months and never banned.

100% false. Thats just not how it works, at all. Thats like saying all the Honorbuddy users that got banned for just using the rotation helper in raids "cant get banned" because they are at the keyboard. Just no.

Now babysitting the bot to answer your friends / clan members can lower your chances of getting banned simply because you are less likely to get reported by said players.

There are a few plugins that spend blood shards for you. You set the blood shard thresholds at which to spend them, you pick which items you want to spend them on, and you can buy the pieces in a random order.

The armory plugin spends blood shards for you. Also if blizz has a bot detection system babysitting won't help you but honestly there is no money to be made from botting in this game so I doubt Blizzard is very keen on investing resources into bot detection.

i am using bossland bots (honorbuddy / demonbuddy) since several years... mostly full afk during sleep / work / whatever. sometimes 12-16h a day. the hardest thing i ever got was a 3 day ban in warcraft because the pvp profile was crap an the bot ran against the wall the whole battleground ^^

i had not even 1 account banned (except the 3 day ban for exploiting the game).

the only thing i almost try to take care of is to be not with much ppl (e.g. singlefarming in wow or playing alone in diablo, no group botting!). funny side of all of this is that the bot in wow was mostly always ranked #1 in pvp matches, playing far better than any human xD
