Questions about not getting banned - from USA on EU : Insight?

Ok so. I live in the USA, and play on the EU servers - does this give me some more Leway/Advantage? IP wise?

2) I bot maybe 2 hours ON and 1 hour OFF ( OFF = using an addon to FIND the herbs/mines myself.) Will this reducce my chances A LOT?

3) I have a RAF accnt. who is CATA upgraded ( screw mop farming ) the char is lvl 85. does this reduce my chances greatly assumeing i: Switch profiles constantlly, talk in guild chat, do raids, use some spells which my "Routine" wouldnt normally use???

4) My RAF account was created from a request sent by my MAIN account, who have similar emails, if one gets banned can they ban the other? if they are played on the Same computer at the same time ( playing my main doing PVP. botting on the other)

These questions could have some great insite for people who are interested.

5) Wondering it GM's respond to you IN GAME. like do they send you a message, asking if you are there letting you know your fk**d ? or is it just Auto disconnect and sux-2-b-u

1: I do not belive that is going to have any effect on anything, all though US-Servers have been known to be a little more strict against some stuff
2: right now, you can not be safe by doing any herbing or mining, i have IRL friends that have played by hand, and still got banned, So, right now, stay away from herbing and mining
3: Still, people have been known to be banned REALLY fast, even if they seems alive
4: this i have done quite some time now, i do not believe that is going to have any effect, now, this is something we cant be sure about, i think its all about what ban, if its done by a GM, or auto

if you are worried and got a decent PC, use VMware installed with an OS, and run EU-***?, and then run the bot on that VMware
