Questions about getting banned? (achievements and gold)

Hi guys i got banned recenlty in early may using the "Dread Approach" profile like 6 hours a day.

Since i was planning on playing for Legion i want to ask if is possible to buy a battle chest with Legion and then merge the new account with the banned one once the ban is lifted, so i have all my achievements and mounts.

I also want to ask if my gold will get resetted if i had all of it in a guild bank and if everything else like some achievements etc will get resetted
 
Blizzard has started removing most, if not all, gold from accounts that are banned. That said, your achievements and collections will be safe.

You can buy a new account key now and use it on the same Battle.net account, and still have all of those ready for use right now; you may also be able to merge the accounts later through support, provided they use all the same information about you on creation, for verification it's the same person.

Thx for the quick response Faeratic. Do you know if my guild ban will be wiped to? I read a lot of threads, some people say yes, some people say no. My guild bank was really abvious btw, had only one chat in it.
 
Guild banks - if you have only 1 person in the guild higher chance of blizzard taking the gold from the guild . if you have 15-20 people in the guild less likely blizzard will take the gold . But with a 6 month ban one of your guild members can take guild leader after 90 days.
