questions about bans.... Been lucky no run ins.

So ive been botting off and on for over a year now, Always supervised 99% (Bio breaks, stepping outside for a cig but other than that Right there at it). I ussaly do quests or fishing. Havent used the bot to try to make any gold or anything and have not had any issues or run ins with blizz at all.

So heres my question, If say a toon was caught botting and they issue a ban, does that ban only affect that toon's account? OR is it system wide for every account in the bnet account?

Theres alot that I simply dont know and if I want to become a serious botter I am just trying to get all the information i can straight. Thank you for your time.
