Questiong about 65-68, Very Slow even questing. Tips? Also Bot slows down

We have been leveling really quick 1-85 on orders and accounts but we notice around level 64-68 it gets very slow even questing, I was wondering if there is a certain mixed mode we should be using and also i noticed the bot will run fine for several hours then sometimes it will stall and take 1-2 minutes to start looting and attacking again, not sure if this is a setup error but I have all kicks plugins and behaves installed correctly.
