Have anyone got banned recently? I'm planning on just botting on a legit account, nothing special (just for levels/loot)

been botting warbands 18-24 hours a day for a couple months and haven't been banned.

Have a look at the Ban Reports section for all the latest publicly posted bans.

Never bot/interact with a legit account you can't afford to lose though!
