[Question] What class will have a easy rotation in legion

Hi, I was wondering if people looked into legion talents/rotation maybe played PTR and can tell which class will have a fairly easy rotation, I'm planning on mostly using a routine for raiding but since HB will have a lot of downtime especially at the start of Legion I'm going to have to raid without HB, so what class would be a good one

This. Like... 1 cool down. Jump back + charge and then 2 other abilities back and forth. That is it.

Most, if not all classes has turned into 3-6 button rotations with a cooldown or two.

I wrote my custom Elemental Shaman routine in about 40 minutes. It's like a 4 button rotation with only one proc.

Don't the rotations change rather significantly at 110? I thought I watched a youtube video that said that DH's are a much more complex class at max level.
