Question to anyone who uses any trade runner

Hi everyone I just want to see what everyone else does in regards to labor for their trade runs. I myself just use passive labor regen from patron but I wanted to see what you all did. Does anyone use laborregerator or labor pots etc? and if so do you do it on free accounts? Thanks!

Probably not for traderuns but from I have heard, miner bots create new characters and run Labor Runner, when full labor it runs miner bot and send all the items to a main character.... And this all the time.
