Question: Suspension and Bans.

Whats up folks.
Im about to buy the Honorbuddy but im a bit afraid about all those Bans and Suspensions.
Thats why i got 2 Questions.
1: I am afraid about getting banned permanently. What if i, for example get reported for botting and a GM thinks im acting suspicious and bans me ? Am i banned permanently or is it just an 72 hour Suspension ? Because a friend who's using Honorbuddy told me that the first ban you recieve isnt permanently. Its only an 24 or 72 hour suspension. Is that true ?
2: What about detections. My Friend also told me that you can get banned permanently if the Bot gets Detected by Blizzards AC Tool. Even if thats not true. I just wanna know how high the Detection rate is.

Been botting for a year now. 3 accounts. No bans. Lots of gathering, leveling, raiding, pvp, achievement grinds... If you use HB in conjunction with brain power, you should be good.

1. if a GM is 100% sure you are botting they can and will close the account permanently. however most "bans" aren't bans, they are the results of play reports against the character, and result in a 72 hour suspension.

2. if the warden software does detect that honorbuddy (or any hacking app) is running they can flag any account using it, and later do whats called a banwave. in a banwave EVERYONE who used the software while warden was able to detect it, got the account flagged and those accounts are permanently lost. HOWEVER, during honorbuddy's lifetime there has never once been a banwave due to software detection. most accounts are banned because of how the user run their bot.

if you have an old account, that you love. that you will NEVER forgive yourself if you lost, then dont bot. its really that simple. if you still want to bot then spend the $5 and pickup the battlechest and try the bot out.

Sounds simple so far. But what if i do it like followed. I create a completely new account and name it the same like my main one and bot a character up to lvl 90 and transfer the character on my main account? Would'nt that make sense? Or can they just ban my main account too if im getting banned?
Would be nice to know that.

well I recently got a 72 hr suspension and I have 3 accounts attached to that one battlenet account, only one account was suspended. The other 2 are fine.

As far as the amount of bans recently i am 100% sure its not from honorbuddy being detected, its from player reports and a lot of stuck issues that have been going on recently.If you bot there is always a chance that you will lose your account and if you are not willing to accept that thats a possibility then i would not use use any program that would risk it.Now if your sure your willing to risk it then consider this, Honorbuddy is far better then any of the other Bots.The team has fast response to issues and will help with any thing they can.a lot of very skilled and knowledgeable script writers ,and I think well worth the money. I have leveled a total of 28 toons to max level on a total of 4 realms have acquired many titles and achievements including insane, my healer has been told many many times that he is a machine and that they kick other healers to bring me instead( if they only knew it really was a machine lol) I do miss shamwow though.

100% sure its player reports huh? I guess I got a lot of player reports while using tyreal and lazyraider with no interupts while in a 14 man flex raid as a healer.
