Question regarding modifying the bot

I'm wondering if there is a configuration, routine, plugin, profile, or combination of any of these that can allow me to control where my character goes and which skills are activated but the bot will very briefly steal control to pick up items, gems, pages, etc. and then return control to me to keep playing. I really like playing the game, and I would be more efficient than the bot at combat control, but the bot can instantly determine which stuff I should pick up without slowing me down. Is this making sense, is there already a solution for this?

Tony posted a "Combat Bot" a while ago but I have no idea what the thread was or anything like that. I know it does basically exactly what you're saying. Maybe send him a pm.

I found this plugin that will not autopilot while you're holding left mouse click to move, but it still takes combat into it's own hands. Similarly, it will auto-loot while you're holding CTRL. I'd rather have it auto-loot without the modifier and let me control combat.
