Ok, so I haven't used this bot in over 2 years, came back two weeks ago and used the bot for 1 heroic EN run, and maybe 5-10 minutes of testing my dps rotation on my frost DK against a target dummy. I have never been banned before, so I am just curious if anyone has advice as to what my options are. I know that most people have said that there is slim to no chance at getting unbanned, but if I used only a dps rotation for maybe <1 hour total, and have had that account subscribed for the last 10 years, you don't think they would consider giving my 6 month ban turned into a warning? Should I just be honest about how I used the bot and see if they would have mercy? I have never had to deal with this, so I am not sure what the best tactic is to use when it comes to trying to get your ban reversed. Again, I am fine if I lost my account for 6 months, I'll just start over again. But if anyone thinks that I have a shot at getting it unbanned and has advice on how I should word my email, please let me know.

Thanks

They don't read your appeal, they just template reject it. I tried to appeal and the general response will be

"Your account has used third party automation software, your case has been reviewed by several associates and we have all come to the same conclusion. An appeal is not possible"

The second time i submitted a ticket was to ask if they were going to confiscate my gold or items and they didnt even read my ticket lol, they just copypasta the same response saying no appeal is possible

In short, I do not believe that asking for mercy or admitting guilt will help. Blizzard is expecting thousands of tickets from proven cheaters who will say any lie.

2 years?

Email blizzard and be like "I just received notification to my email that my account was banned, which concerns me because I quit the game 2 years ago... should I be worried about my account? what about my other licenses under that account?"

have had 3 permabans overturned doing that in the past.. its not guaranteed but might be worth a shot.

this even works if i move 400 km apart at 1.10.2016? but after that i played too but from different location.
what do you suggest i should write

different internet service provider? can you write support via a cellphone with out using your house wifi?

There's no way to get unbanned, a friend of mine that didnt play for 2 years (and his account was hacked) got banned for botting because the said hacker did that.
Blizzard response was that you are responsable for your own account. They will help you by any means necessary to recover it but they wont unban you.

"Thank you for your continued correspondence. After a thorough final review of the action taken against this license, we have arrived at the same conclusion. The action will not be reversed or changed under any circumstances."

This is the 5th appeal reply from Blizzard. It's my first ban after almost 10 years of playing WoW. Yet they will not overturn it.
