Question regarding a second Diablo 3 Account

Hey everyone,

I am thinking on buying a second d3 account so i can make my main account safer from ban; however, i wanted to know if i buy a second account and tie it to my battle.net account and it gets banned, does it ban my battle.net account all the diablo 3 accounts or just that specific account?

So for further example my botting account gets banned, my primary remains safe or its banned 2?

What do you guys recommend?

Having accounts tied or just having a completely separate battle.net account?

I want to buy it digitaly though so should i buy it from my main and send it as a gift to this second account witih fake name?

Um. Wouldnt have to use a fake name but if u want to go ahead. If they ask you can always state i bought this for a family member?

ive had a few accounts banned for wow botting (HB), and my main on the same B.net account is safe. from my experience they only ban the account that has being caught for whatever the bannable offense is. would be safer to make another hotmail and b.net account

First of all you need a second battle.net account because you can only have one Diablo 3 License Per account. Thats the only reason. Blizzard only bans Licences or Game Keys.. in case of wow i have multiple accounts where i have banned wow accounts with still working ones

Why would they limit you to one Diablo game on your acc, but allow multiple WoWs?
Makes no sense...not knockin you, just questioning Blizzard somewhere where they will never see it.
