[Question]Optimize xp/hour

Hey guys,

right now i am trying to improve my xp/hour.

I'm running a wizzard.

Profile DPS: 950,000.00
Toughness: 5,700,00
Healing: 5,000
Critical Hit Chance: 52.00%
Critical Damage: 400.00%
Resistance: 1,400
Armor: 4,700
Intelligence: 9,000
Vitality: 3,500

I tried a lot of profiles but due to different maps/mop packs/elites i can't really figure out, what is a) the best xp/hour profile and b) what's the best torment for my gear.
Right now i am running bounty profiles which give me 200-300 mill xp/hour, compared to values i found in some threads it seems pretty low. (people having billions).

Could some more experienced people (i just started RoS botting a little while ago) give me some tips.
