question on many bots from dif pcs

so i have 2-3 pcs in my house so if i buy a db with 3 licences can i run 1 diablo account from each of my pcs and use that db acc with the 3 licences? or i must buy 3 db accounts with 1 licence to use it in each pc?
cause i find it easier to run my diablo accounts from seperate pcs...
also ive heard that running d3 from same pc now (many accounts) is harder and can be baned (harder cause of new launcher battle.net)

the 3 session key you buy from here is what it means... You can run 3 sessions of db with that key you buy and it can be on any computer/diff computers at the same time.
