I have a question, how i can skip normaly mobs and teleport/run whit mage to elites faster?

Try this: go to Settings->Combat->Misc and increase 'Minimum Trash Mob Pack Size' to 15.

EdiT:Mage are always killing the mobs, in Rift also in Grifts...... another Option to what i must deactivate or activate?

Then go to Settings->Combat->Misc and scroll down to the bottom. Uncheck 'Attack Mobs When Blocked'. Keep your trash slider at 15. Does that work for you?
