Question: Get as much gold as possible?

Hello! I am new to honorbuddy/gatherbuddy and it seems very interesting, using honorbuddy right now and it works flawless, awesome bot!

I've been using Piroxbot Gathering on 4x80 characters on the same server, I provide gold for two major guilds on the server which is hard to always keep up with what they want.

Anyways, I'm just curious what you people think is best when using Gatherbuddy, what is most effectively? Mining / Herbing or it might be Engineering / Herbing? Not a lot of people take the gas clouds so it's a lot of them on most servers. And what if you have 4 characters on the same servers? What would be the best easiest way to do it? Maybe Skinning / herbing on one character?

Just understand that if I have herbalism on 4x chars on the same server it won't sell, just got over 500 adder's tongue on AH and it's HORRIBLE to get rid of them.

Feel free to come up with ideas and thoughts, It would help me and others who might be in the same situation as me

You said you had the bots running with another program so you obviously have an idea of what works on your server. Also why on earth would you put 4 bots on a server. it's no wonder you have the AH flooded.

Only you know what your economy can handle. I know on my server I can easily pull in 3-5k/day with herb/mine, but if your server doesn't have the demand for herbs like that then it does you no good. You can easily see what HB/GB can do on these forums, its up to you on how you want to use that to meet your needs.

also, try and find some private buyers... the only reason i have 5 bots on 1 server is because i have 7 private buyers that buy my herbs everyday ... and the ore i sell to a few dedicated buyers, the rest i sell in /2.

I also think (once i get some more $$$) that im going to setup a few more bots on other servers that have a lot more demand for gold buyers

lot of bots in a combination with private buyers is the best combo on making gold without getting detected from blizz.
i bot 24/7 and sell to private buyers in cheap prices. They dont give a shit on how i get the herbs, they only care that i give them a great price

moreover if u use AH and put a lot of things inside, you may get noticed from people and they will report you.

You didn't really understand what I was saying.... I have overflow with buyers, that is why I have 4 bots on the same server.
Another thing I said that I have overflow with HERBS, not gold...

And please... See this thread as an opportunity for yourself, to see what makes most gold ( If anyone replies with good ideas )

find more private buyers... what you do to find private buyers is lose just a little bit of money, but it pays in the long run

lets say you have 80 adder's tongue laying around ... lets say the AH has them for 12g each. set all 80 stacks at 8.99.99 and see if 1 buyer buys more than 20 stacks. assuming all of your adders sell, when you check your mailbox - look for particular names and send them mail. some will simply send you "good price, i'll keep buying off of the ah" ... some will say "well what exactly are you offering" ... some will say "well i'd like xx herbs @ xx price" ... for these ppl, make sure you ask the most important question ----- how often would you like herbs?

As for the whole 5 bots on 1 server being stupid whoever said it (cba to read up haha)

I bot 6 Gatherbuddys on 1 server - 3 Mining Ice Crown + 3 Herbing WG/Sholazar Basin, i run these for 24hours Every 3days... Always get more than enough and sometimes have trouble selling but its nice to have a good stock in GB ^^

Also i will bot seperately if i need a particular Ore,

Then i rotate servers to my other set of 80s On a diff server and do the same,

Never been banned and always making gold
