As far as I know there is not a specific Garrison Quest profile. There is the built in Garrison bot but it does not conduct quests. It only will place characters into battles for the Xp missions, run to each building you have built to see if there is a collection, and maybe sometimes go down the mine to mine ore for you. but don't expect anymore than that.

I have had no luck finding a profile that actually will do garrison quests. Really do not know a reason either that they would not have one.

Purchasable add-ons? as in Blizzard add-ons or Honorbuddy add-ons "profiles"?

Blizzard would not sell something to auto quest for you. Not sure if that is what you meant.
