Question for Quest lvl 85 for low lvl

I have a question about some things if I were in 85 and I want to get [The Loremaster] Is there a file I can use it and end me this

Kicks has one, just open his one with notepad (which ever is needed i.e. 12-58) and search for "check" it's the first one, change "False" to "True" then start it up.

This means that it doesn't go off your level, but off the quests you haven't done.

I want to do the same but this does not work for me. It simply does not start to pickup quests where I am and wants to go to a different area.
So how can I make the bot ignore my level and do all the quests in the area I am currently in?
