Question for Kick (best class for his profiles?)

Looking to level another ally toon. What I am wondering is what is the best all around, smoothest running class for your profiles?

Want to see how fast I can get to 85. So far your profiles are far better than any others i've seen here.
 
hunter or paladin end of story. Also i believe it runs smoother without boa because my shammy is in full boa and lvl 41 getting owning by skull mobs in burning. well my warrior had no boa and lvl 1-60 like it was nothing.
 
ret pally > warrior because warrior sucks until level 86 (yes, 86... i didn't stutt ut ut ut ut eerrrr)

My warrior is crying on the inside because of you.


If your trying to lvl fast for a farmer do a pally or hunter. If you want to play the toon. well then lvlv what you want to play. dont know why you need best,2nd,3rd,4th as in terms of fastest lvling.

most classes suck until end game because they can't easily handle adds

Shamans rock because the cc is just insane - but paladins can easily handle an elite.
DK's are ok if they're geared (boa's)
but most classes just can't compete w/ the paladin.

Warriors are beasts in pvp vs casters and so are dk's
I regularly get my face bashed in on my priest vs a dk and a lot of times vs a warrior
feral druids are also insane in pvp :(

pallies are so-so in pvp, unless you're a very good player then it's hard to stop them

but leveling-wise - I have to say the pally is my fav. You don't have to worry too much about gear, they can heal, rez, all types of stuff
my dk gets his ass handed to him quite often vs 3-4 mobs where my pally would have laughed in their faces (no boa's - new realm - horde)
 
Although Kick has lotsa points I do have to disagree with some...

- Enhancement Shaman is insane because ShamWOW is insane. Leveling went without any issues and at level 85 he steams through the dailies in half the time the Paladin takes. (<- this is me mostly agreeing ;))
- *nothing* beats a Blood DK survivability, as long as you tweak Singular's rotation. The huge advantage in that is that the Blood DK doesn't need any food or water and hardly ever needs to repair. (<- this is me disagreeing ;))
- Hunter is okay but only as beastmaster with an awesome pet. And he's only okay then because of the pet, the hunter still sucks donkeyballs.
- Warriors utterly suck for leveling because there's no decent CC until higher levels. I'm stuck at level 38 because there's no CC that will even run at all, let alone any kind of decent.
 
dk in blood does maybe 80-90% dmg of frost dk while leveling, not to mention INSANE survivalibity and possibility to take 8 or so mobs at once with single cd :d

Yup, hence why I agree that although ShamWOW is gorgeous at endgame, it isn't the best leveller.
As for DPS/Tank, when you look at leveling, it's all about uptime. And the BloodDK simply has the best uptime. Frost/Unholy(/any other DPS class) will kill some 20% faster but as they continuously have to eat(/drink), buy food and repair (since they tend to die which Blood never, ever does), they level a *lot* slower.

BloodDK with heirlooms (for the XP to prevent needing Storm Peaks) using Kick's profiles is simply fire and forget. The only thing that gets in the way is the elevator in Borean Tundra but the rest (until the manual stuff in Cata) is smooth sailing all the way.
 
to croga: I'm not sure if you have ever used a warrior cc from this site. I leveled my warrior and i had to stop him a couple times so he wouldn't kill every mob in eastern kingdom. And hunters are what?......I don't think you leveled one of them either. Last I'm currently leveling a shaman with shamwow using kicks 1-60 and he ended up pretty much grinding skulls and couldn't manage to die 2v1 constantly.

to kick: you need to go disc. When i charge a disc priest the only thing i can touch is there shield :p.

To op:If you want to pvp solo then i would say frost dk dw'ing a course or enh shammy. If you are doing arenas and like a challenge roll a warrior.
 
@lick - i'm disc ... but i pair with a rogue and he's not the greatest team player
 
yeah that doesnt help at all. i was in a arena 2v2 with a holy pally vs disc p and a frost dk that damn healer lasted 45mins and it closed arena :/
 
yeah i run 2x pally (ret / holy) on my 2nd main and her druid alt (bommer / feral that has shit gear) and the priest / druid win except vs a 2x geared melee train or the stupid frost mage / disc priest combo

but lately she's not been on... so i have to run w/ a guild rogue

Warrior/rogue is actually really good. but you both need very good communication and skill or you wont get past 1500 ever. Using your profile to lvl my shammy so i can resto in arenas. lvled nice 1-41. But now i have to figure out why he skipped 9 lvl's of the profile :p
 
So for fastest and most afk-able with your profiles you would say pally then hunter?
 
from leveling 3 characters from 1-85 using kick's profiles, unless you want to get stuck constantly, you pretty much need to be playing a gnome. There is so many occasions while leveling where the pathing was obviously made with the shortest class in game. On a NE or worgen, and even as a human, I find myself getting stuck because of pathing, whereas gnomes have the easiest ability in avoiding low hanging obstacles.

Of course, that's probably more HB as a whole rather than Kick's profiles.

As you can see from my signature I've leveled every class. Most of them multiple times.
I've used every possible warrior CC on this site and at the moment they all refuse to do anything at all on my level 38 warrior.
Hunters are crap for leveling because their Disengage will bring them more trouble then safety. Their damage output is also below par (that could be a CC issue). All of that combined makes them less useful for leveling.
And yes, ShamWOW kicks ass at all levels but the Shaman is a bit more fragile then Pala/DK. 2v1 is nice but when a blood DK runs 6v1 without flinching you'll know he's more survivable. Also; Enhancement Shaman AOE isn't all that good whilst (again) DK rocks at it. There's also the gear; Shaman depends hugely on his weapons whilst Blood DK has more use for Stamina meaning that a general gear increase will benefit the DK more.
 
Both of my farmer are Dk , because a DK is the fastest way to lvl a farmer to 85...
I could do that , because on 1 of my old accs were some other Dk?s with lvl 60+ and on my farm server was nothing :D and on my sec. acc is my old locked hunter so I now have 2 Dk?s and my main is a DK too :D

KICK I LOVE YOUR PROFILES ! SO COMPLICATED BUT STILL BETTER THAN THE OTHER PROFILES HERE!
WELL DONE AND DONT STOP TO CREATE NEW PROFILES
