Question for a small bug on singular cc DK frost or unholy

regularly use a dk in pvp for the fun, for this,i use the "Singular" in Combatbot.
Every time I start the fight, Bloodthirsty Gladiator's Medallion of Tenacity or lichborne are used...
In Class config the trinket 1-2 usage is set to Never...
someone how can I fix it?
