Question about using Honorbuddy to Gather

Is it better to gather only one type (mineral or herb) than to gather both as that would cause path confusion? Which would be more productive?

Alliance seems to only have mining profiles. Is it effective to gather herbs as well on a mining profile?

I suggest both... you can put up your harvesting range...
