Question about transferring characters for the money ?

So i have a few horde characters on kazzak horde with a abit of gold and heirlooms and want to start playing outland alliance, i could transfer a character with the heirlooms and gold to outland but then they would still be horde so would that mean i have to then pay more for a faction change ??

also is there anywhere i could find people who might want to swap say money of kazzak horde for money on outland alliance ??

Outland is locked you cant make characters on outland-eu if you don't already have at least one char there (actually that is ONLY locked realm)
