After the ban wave on Dec 18th 2012, so far, all my 6 account still alive (since Dec 20th 2012 )

about two weeks ago, I start bot my main DH and now it reached lvl 100.

If I just stop bot this account, never ever use bot since now.

Is there any posibility that this DH will survive in the future's ban wave?

If so, I will gear it up and get ready for the PVP patch.

in general, rule of thumb is, if you bot, you will get banned. you can get lucky maybe though, but you never know.

Yes you can still get banned and don't bot on accounts you don't want to lose. How many times do you see this shit on these forums, its not rocket science.
