Question about supply chain

Hi,

I have a question regarding supply, storage and advertisement.
I have 5 accounts to farm on, however how do I go about ingame advertisement and mule?

I'm thinking about having a vpn account for advertising my skype contact - this should never come into contact with my farm or mule account.
Then one account for muling and trading?

so I'd eventually have 7 accounts in total? 5 farm and 1 storage and 1 advertisement?

How do you guys go about this?

how the hell do you guys get enough gold to sell ? i mean i can barely get enough to buy toilet paper... can't even get enough to pay for my account ... damn it. could you share what profiles i should use
