Question about SSD drive and how it relates to other ssd drive

Ex.: 2 different SSD drives

1st SSD drive has windows installed

2nd SSD drive has all my games installed.


Does the 2nd SSD drive take information from the 1st SSD drive to use Windows in any shape or form to process games ect?
