Question about selling my demonbuddy keys

i quit playing d3 along time ago and was wondering if it is illegal to sell my demonbuddy keys?

If it isn't illegal... How does one get the rights to your account to ensure the keys are theirs?

will give them my login for buddyauth, also i did say i quit and dont use them, and i dont have anymore accounts to run them.

its unlimited session, i bought the 3 unlimited one and got double when it first came out
