question about safety

I noticed that HB now is able to detect if tripwire is active or not (login with HB will be declined while tripwire is active).
My question is, are we considered safe (will not get banned) if we passed all the tripwire event? considering no one reporting us for botting.
Please share your thought and please dont answer something like this "bot is never safe, if u wont get banned, dont bot".
I really just want to ask ur opinion.

Well, far what I saw, tripwire = changes detected in Blizz AC.
So maybe it's safe, and maybe it isn't.
(time to shutdown all session = time you can be caught, or whatever)

So imo, nope, you are not "safe" if you pass tripwire. You are safe when you don't bot, because this game is cat/mouse one, and as HB Staff said, Blizz is targetting them especially.
So...

You're asking if the bot is safe... But then also dont want to hear that the bot isnt safe? doesn't really leave us with much options.

Heres my opinion either how. before hand, Ive never been banned for botting, other than in vanilla 2004/5 using Glider to fish with and the may/june banwave which I believe to have only hit me for the brief moment I turned on without checking the forums first.
I believe some people/IP/Computers/accounts etc. are flagged so botting for them is either impossible or relatively hard. Over a year ago a friend tried Honorbuddy for the first time to quest and received a ban within 24 hours, same time I was botting every class 1-100, Ive heard similar stories also. also taking into account that bots are a high priority for blizzard as said in an recent interview, with stricter punishments being a possibility, one being account closure or hardware banned.
My opinion on whether or not it is safe is, No. Will it stop me? also No. But I do think its a firm No the closer and closer it gets to the expansion.
