Question about routine

I'm quite new to DB, so this has prolly been asked plenty times.

What routine should I be using? My plain is just to run Alkaizer runs, which I've found here.

I'm a bit confused with the Genetic, Belephor, Trinity, Trinity Unified and last but least Giles Trinity.

Can someone please clarify for a newbie.

(I'm running a barb, with all nessecary gear to run mp1-3)

Bad timing mate. Lots of nonsense and scrambling right now since banwave/xmas. Most things aren't working as intended right now. But get the trinity posted by tony and use that routine. Info is in plugin section
