Question about RMAH

Lets say you search for 10 million gold on RMAH and the price is 30 cents
You post 10 million for 28cents with the game auto-undercut ,,, but still you dont sell it fast. Shouldnt it appear for the next person searching at 28 cents sale (mine) instead of 30?

Why doesnt it matter? How does it work?

it averages it out when searched . so unless you can undercut by a large enough margin to affect the amount currently listed (which is insane) you shouldn't see your uber low price
