Question about RMAH, Paypal and country of residence

If I have a european paypal but I play on the US server on the US client with country of residence set to USA. Will I be able to use my european paypal on the US RMAH?

If you do find some way to finagle it, I would imagine you run a really high risk of getting flagged by both Blizzard and paypal.

That shouldnt be a problem. What u need tho is an american phone number to register for the sms protect
