Question about Profession Buddy

I was wondering if it's possible to change the way PB handles Depositing to banks, as currently it doesn't seem to want to fill my profession bags first so I end up with a ton of Ore in the 'normal' slots and nothing going in the Mining Bag.

Disregard this post if it's based on the way HB handles it, unless you happen to know the answer either way
