question about moving places

so, when i move places, i get that idle issue.

does this mean i just have to wait longer?

how long should i wait when moving continents? Do i have to put the little pokeball there first then wait, or can i just load up PF after like 12 hours and automatically click and start there

I am interested in the answer to this question as well. I live on the East Coast and want to go to San Francisco for some Dratini. The airplane flights say it would be about a 7 hour flight. If this is true, should I wait about 7-8 hours after stopping the bot? If I used my main phone account and did this, would I have to worry about a ban because of the long distance travel? I understand it's never safe to bot, but has anyone else had experience with this in particular?
