Question about Loot rule code.

Im making my own loot rule setup and i want to know what use for lifesteal and LoH status on itens, its LifeSteal and LifeOnHit?

This is the line that im confused:

<Rule stat="DPS" minValue="750" quality="Rare4" />
<Rule stat="XXXXXXX" minValue="2" quality="Rare4" />


XXXXXX is where i want to use the atribute!

Its not implemented, a few of us have been asking for 2 weeks already to get this implemented.
