I have only been using HB for a couple hours now, i put the whole 1-90 folder into the quest behavior folder as it said to do. I have been running the profiles one level at a time, i was wondering for levels such as 88-90, how do I get it to continue to the next zone as soon as 89 is reached? I have yet to level, but I only loaded one profile which is the 88 Kun Lai one, so when i ding 89 and I'm supposed to move to Townlong, will it automatically load the next script and continue?

Idk where it said to put the whole 1-90 folder into the quest behavior folder but THATS A BIT NO NO. Instead Open up your 1-90 folder find the Quest Behavior folder inside of the 1-90 and copy the contents of the (Quest Behavior folder inside the 1-90).... Then paste those copyed files into your Honorbuddy folders Quest behavior Folder
Lol alright i moved it. It said no behaviors to copy right now so I didnt move anything else. As to my question about since i load the one profile for 88-89 in Kun Lai, once I ding 89 will it automatically use the profile for 89-90 in Townlong? I want to run this tonight while I sleep, but I dont want to wake up to a fresh 89 in Kun Lai still lol. Sorry for the stupid question, this is my first time using this stuff.

If you use the Auto loader, yes. it "should" move them.
but as things are right now added with the recent patches, there are a lot of bugs and stuff, especially traveling zones (not too many, but it's there.) much less continents.
and 88~89, 89~90 takes like 20 hours anyway, questing or dugneoning, might as well bot for, say, 6 hours. see if it leveled, move him to next spot, restart both for safe measure and bam.
to answer your question, no.
If you use 88 profile (as i'm doing right now) and hit 90, it won't know and switch profiles. only the 12~58 auto-loader does that. I am not 100% aware if the auto loader incorporates profiles above 58, but i've little troubling planning enough with ARrelog that it's not wasting time doing quests for minimal exp.

There are a few of things you need to be aware of.
1. The profiles are set up to do each zone completely and in a certain order. What this means to you is that if you do ANY of the quests by hand that the profile wasn't up to it will mess up the bot.
2. You should always try and start a zone from the very beginning.
3. If you started from the beginning the bot will automatically continue to the next zone with no assistance from you.
