Question about Junk File items salvaged and not stashed

so i have several line over the last 8 hours that look like this

Armor - Helm 'Helm'. Score = 0 {legendary item}
(no scorable attributes)
but it might be a mace or gloves or ammy or somthing else.

does that mean its a new item that has the wrong coding ?

it looks a lot like the issue that the folks on the china client have been reporting for a while.

it probably means that for some reason it can't read the stats off the item, vitality/crit% etc.
