Question about grindbot

Hi,
I noticed that grindbot wont attack the npcs that he is supposed to farm. For example im using the nagrand profile to farm savage bloods and he have the direfang alfas at literally 15 yards, yet he continues to "search" for them. I noticed that this also happens with other bots like questing or dungeon farm... Am I missing something?

Also Im using tuanha druid "full afk" and he doesnt rest between direfang alfas. He is at 30% of health, and he goes and engages an enemy... Is this because of the combat routine? Thanks.

Edit. Tried singluar profiles but he doest rest either. He engaged a direfang alpha without being in combat at 50% health...

in the general tab there should be a eat-drink-heal out of combat. mine sets at 50% also if you choose full afk go to the gen tab and amkes sure auto face auto move and auto target are checked just in case.

but i dont want him to eat or drink, i want him to use his heals. also im not sure it would use it correctly since trapping beasts leaves you in combat for a lot of time.
