Question about getting banned.

Hallo.
Ive been botting lots of 90 - 100 lvls to 110. got about 8 or so now. I never grind, only level by questbot.
I also bottet a few 90 during mist of pandaria.

Well my concern is.
My account was once perm banned on the 24/3/2014, however i was not the one using it, someone had stolen my account, i had no problem with a recovery.

But does any of you have experince if this will count if i get caugth? since i would prefere a 6month ban prior to a perma band

Yes, it will probably matter. And you won't, most likely, be perma-banned. You'll receive an 18 month suspension. But it all depends on the GM that reviews your case.

Noone can give you a definitive answer to your question.
