If I set it to store items in my guild bank, and the FIRST tab gets full up. Will it go to the 2nd tab? Then the 3rd? Then the 4th?

Think after it fills all the tabs it then starts mailing to your alt toon who you have listed or otherwise just logs off.
I'd imagine it would take quite a long time to fill a Guild bank though with just one toon, well unless you are away for days at a time in which case I suggest investing in arelog/PB to have alt toons process your mats.
