Question about Garrison resources/artifact power!

Is there any profile that can help me gather garrison resources or artifact power?

well id say you can use the WQ profiles that some1 is making atm, still in development, but at least it will get it for you from the quests

So far I haven't seen any good ways to farm artifact power outside of world quests and dungeons. cici already covered the quests and dungeon buddy is being updated still. So I'd say until that's up and running, stick to world quests people create profiles for.
