Question about donations

Hey all just had a question so I built a demonbuddy loot profile creater program in c sharp
and thought about adding a donation button for anyone feeling generous.
My concern is it wrong to add the donation button? I'm currently on
disability not making any money right now but I don't wanna come off
greedy because I truly did make the profile to help people not for making money.
Just wanting your opinion.

its your profile it took your time do what you want with it

if the program is good then it's fine but when the program is bad...

thank you both for responses the program did take about a week would have been less if I didnt have to learn c sharp while making it lol. I figure ill add one and just let everyone know only to donate if they feel like it no pressure.

heres the thing, we allow you to have a donation link in your signature or on the project page, and that might be the best thing to do, since if you put it in the program itself, there have been cases where people have taken projects from here and put them elsewhere, if someone where to take your project and change the donation link then that dosnt help you can could be bad for the person who clicks it.
